Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TGFans, a creator subscription platform that operates as a Mini App inside Telegram, and the website tgfans.io (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a creator, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility: 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service in any capacity, whether as a creator or a subscriber. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Accounts, creators, and subscribers

Creators publish content and offer paid subscriptions through the Service. Creators are independent users, not employees, agents, or partners of TGFans. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish, for holding all necessary rights to it, and for their own tax and legal obligations.

Subscribers pay for access to a creator's content. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to view content within the Service. It does not transfer any ownership rights, and it does not permit downloading, re-sharing, reselling, or republishing a creator's content anywhere else.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your connected Telegram account.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service:

Any content involving minors, or content that depicts, references, or appeals to persons under 18 in a sexual context. This is enforced with zero tolerance and reported to relevant authorities.
Non-consensual content of any kind, including content published without the consent of every person depicted.
Content you do not own or have rights to distribute, including content pirated from other creators or platforms.
Impersonation of another person or creator.
Content that is otherwise illegal in the jurisdiction where it is published, or that promotes violence, human trafficking, or exploitation.
Attempting to defraud creators, subscribers, or TGFans; circumventing platform fees; scraping or redistributing content.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Payments, fees, and refunds

Payments on the Service are made in the digital currency Gram via Telegram's built-in wallet infrastructure. TGFans never receives or stores your card or bank details.
TGFans retains a 10% platform fee on subscription revenue; creators receive 90%, paid to their wallet at the time of the transaction. Small network transaction fees may also apply.
Digital currency payments are final and irreversible. There are no chargebacks. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at our discretion in exceptional cases (for example, verified fraud or content that violated these Terms at the time of purchase).
Digital currency values fluctuate. TGFans is not responsible for changes in the market value of Gram between the time you receive it and the time you spend or convert it.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. If a creator account is terminated for violating these Terms, any unpaid or in-flight amounts may be withheld to cover refunds, disputes, or legal obligations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses granted to us to operate the Service, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.

6. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish. By publishing on the Service, creators grant TGFans a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. For copyright complaints, see our DMCA policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TGFans is not affiliated with Telegram and is not responsible for the availability or operation of Telegram, its wallet, or the underlying payment network. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGFans's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to TGFans in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the Service or on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
