DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

TGFans respects the intellectual property rights of creators. Protecting creators' ownership of their content is central to the platform. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and will remove or disable access to infringing material when properly notified.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on TGFans infringes your copyright (for example, your paid content has been re-uploaded by someone else), send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Service (e.g., the creator's nickname and a description or screenshot of the post).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Designated agent

OWNER-TODO: Insert the designated DMCA agent's name and email address here (and register the agent with the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory).

DMCA Agent, TGFans

3. What happens next

On receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and provide them a copy of the notice. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which TGFans may be found). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
